Our Music Director Paavo Järvi is organising the Conductor's Academy for the fourth time. Young conductors spend several days rehearsing with the orchestra, receiving technical and musical tips - and, if they are lucky, a prize: after the final concert, the audience votes on who will receive the Audience Award. And Paavo Järvi will extend an invitation to his Pärnu Music Festival.
